Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Industry: Jewellery Showroom
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day showroom operations and administrative activities.
* Maintain and organize showroom records, documents, and files.
* Coordinate with sales staff and management for smooth functioning.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
* Manage office correspondence, emails, and administrative documentation.
* Support the management team in operational and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Coordination, or Back Office Operations.
* Prior experience in a Jewellery Showroom will be preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
* Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
