About Us
SQUARE is a dynamic architectural consultancy firm based in Kolkata. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Manager to ensure our office operations run smoothly and to support our growing, creative team of architects and designers.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including digital attendance, leave tracking, and performance appraisal coordination.
- Foster a positive work environment and coordinate team-building activities, office events, and outings.
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a highly functional and inspiring workspace for the design team.
- Handle vendor management, negotiate contracts, and oversee office maintenance, equipment, and stationary supplies.
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary coordination for the team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR and Administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in office management software/tools, and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bengali).
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking within a fast-paced creative environment.
