Responsibilities
- Contact customers and prospects through phone calls.
- Explain property details, pricing, and project features to interested customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding property inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales team to support property bookings and sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Plus Two
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam fluency is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
