Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and security events to ensure system availability.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Check Point, FortiGate, and Palo Alto firewalls.
Handle support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
Investigate and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
Support LAN/WAN operations, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise routing environments.
Assist in implementing firewall policies, NAT rules, and access controls.
Document incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure network uptime, operational efficiency, and security compliance.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and enterprise networking.
Experience with routers, switches, and security appliances.
Familiarity with network monitoring and security tools.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall management.
