Primary Responsibilities:
· Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
· SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices including keyword research, metadata, and internal linking to boost search rankings.
· Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
· Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, competitor content, and trends to produce authoritative and fact-checked content.
· Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials.
· Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
· Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and use insights to optimize future content.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with designers, marketers, and developers to align visual and written content.
· Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors, factual inaccuracies, and aligns with company guidelines.
· User Engagement: Create content that drives engagement, supports customer education, and enhances brand trust.
