1. Customer Service
- Greet customers politely and welcome them to the café.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and suggest products if required.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their food and service.
- Handle customer queries or complaints politely.
2. Order Handling
- Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen or barista for order preparation.
- Serve food and beverages to customers on time.
3. Table Service
- Serve food and drinks neatly and professionally.
- Clear used plates, cups, and utensils from tables.
- Reset and clean tables for the next customers.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure service counters and tables are clean at all times.
5. Cash & Billing Support
- Assist with billing if required.
- Handle cash, card, or digital payments properly.
- Provide correct bills and receipts to customers.
6. Stock & Supplies
- Monitor service items like tissues, cups, straws, and condiments.
- Inform the supervisor if stock is low.
7. Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and cashiers.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or outlet manager.
- Support team members during busy hours.
8. Grooming & Professionalism
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Be punctual and follow the café’s work schedule.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude with customers.
