Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Customer service experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
Pay: ₹10,456.48 - ₹29,883.88 per month
