Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets, and leading cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output targets.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
- Optimize resource utilization while controlling production costs.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
