We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented SSC/Bank Mentor to guide and train students preparing for competitive exams such as SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS) and Banking (IBPS, SBI). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students toward success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching for SSC and Banking exam subjects (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness)
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans and study materials
- Teach shortcut techniques, problem-solving methods, and exam strategies
- Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and performance analysis
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Mentor and motivate students to improve consistency and performance
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Prior experience in SSC/Bank exam coaching or cleared/prepared for these exams
- Strong command over Quant, Reasoning, English, or GA (at least one core subject expertise required)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students
Preferred Skills
- Experience in classroom or online teaching
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with mock test platforms and exam tools
