Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to manage the safe and timely delivery of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), electronic components, and related materials to customers, vendors, and business partners. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic documentation knowledge, and familiarity with local routes and logistics processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Logistics
- Deliver PCBs, electronic components, and other materials to customers and vendors on time.
- Collect materials, documents, and parcels from suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of sensitive electronic products.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate with dispatch, stores, production, and logistics teams for delivery schedules.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgments upon delivery.
Documentation
- Carry and manage delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.
- Collect signed delivery receipts and submit them to the concerned department.
- Verify shipment details before dispatch and delivery.
- Report delivery status and discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Vehicle Management
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in good working condition.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Customer Service
- Interact professionally with customers and vendors during deliveries.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Represent the company positively during all delivery activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass / Intermediate / Diploma.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory).
- Four-Wheeler License is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Delivery Executive, Courier Executive, Logistics Assistant, or Field Executive.
- Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, courier, or logistics industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad routes and local areas.
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- Ability to handle delivery documents and records.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to use smartphone applications, maps, and navigation tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
