· Operate MPCVD reactors as per approved SOPs and process recipes.
· Prepare reactors for production runs, including chamber inspection and readiness checks.
· Load and unload substrates/workpieces safely.
· Monitor process parameters continuously during operation.
· Record process data every 30 minutes in the log book
· Monitor microwave power, chamber pressure, gas flows, substrate temperature, and vacuum levels.
· Handle vacuum systems and process gases according to safety procedures.
· Identify abnormal process conditions and immediately report to the supervisor.
· Maintain reactor cleaning and routine preventive maintenance activities.
· Follow all EHS, gas handling, and equipment safety requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
