Job Description
Genesis Classes is seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty for Foundation Classes (8th, 9th & 10th). The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to build students' conceptual understanding while preparing them for school examinations and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes 8th, 9th, and 10th.
- Develop strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student performance and maintain academic records.
- Create an engaging and motivating classroom environment.
- Guide students for school exams, Olympiads, and foundation-level competitive exams.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Mathematics concepts for Classes 8th–10th.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum and foundation-level preparation.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of teaching experience in Foundation Mathematics.
