Position : Sr. Territory Manager - Laboratory Equipment Division (LED)
Reports to : Sr. General Manager
Location : Bangalore
Minimum Years of Work Experience : 10 years of Experience
Maximum Years of Work Experience : 15 years of Experience
Minimum Qualification : BSc. In Chemistry/Biology/Physics, Diploma in Electronics/Chemical/Instrumentation
Preferred Qualification : MSc. in Chemistry / Biology / Physics, BE in Electronics/Chemical/Instrumentation
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)* :
- Direct sales of any equipment used by pharma, chemical, life science companies in Karnataka
- 2-5 years team handling experience
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred)* :
- Direct sales of laboratory equipment such as Oven, Vacuum Oven, Incubator, Water bath, Microwave Digester, Gas Generator, Automatic Titrator, Centrifuge in South India
- 6-10 years team handling experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling laboratory equipment such as Oven, Vacuum Oven, Incubator, Water bath, Microwave Digester, Gas Generator, Automatic Titrator, Centrifuge handled by the Company, on his own & through assigned team members in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala states (South Region)
- Achieve the sales target set for the South Region for the Laboratory Equipment Division
- To recruit, train and build a strong team in South Region - Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad locations
- Define his/her and team members’ weekly plans for effective customer visits to promote LED products in the assigned territory/region
- Keeping the CRM Sales funnel updated/management to be done by him/her and through the sales team
- To do commercial negotiations for order closure in Toshvin’s favour
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by internal coordination with service and/or other related departments
