We are looking for a high-energy Sales Operations Intern to join our team for a 2-month intensive internship. This isn't just a short-term project—this is your audition for a long-term career with us.
The Goal: If you show us you’ve got the hustle and can hit your targets during these 2 months, we will transition you into a Permanent Full-Time Role with a significant salary hike and added benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Research: Hunting for high-value leads across LinkedIn, Google, and niche platforms. You’ll be identifying the key decision-makers who need our services.
- Cold Outreach: Engaging in cold calling and research calls. You’ll be the first point of contact, turning cold leads into warm conversations.
- Closing & Conversion: Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring clients move toward the onboarding stage.
- Data Management: Keeping our lead database organized and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Who We Are Looking For
- Early Starters: You are between 18 and 21 years old (College students and freshers are highly encouraged).
- Confident Speakers: You are comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers. You have a "never give up" attitude.
- Independent Workers: Since this is a Remote role, you must be self-motivated and disciplined enough to hit your daily targets from home.
