- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process from lead engagement to program registration
- Conduct consultative counseling sessions with working professionals and senior leaders
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through calls, emails, and professional platforms.
- Ensure smooth onboarding including documentation and fee completion.
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or consultative sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling high-value programs or professional learners
- Target-oriented mindset with proven conversion ability
