- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in managing and customizing Configure, Price, Quote solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Conga CPQ implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for connecting Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
