Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle Mathematics classes for Grade 11 & 12 students.
- Prepare students for Board Exams, JEE Main & Advanced, and other competitive exams.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide performance feedback.
- Explain concepts clearly with problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain student discipline and classroom engagement.
- Support slow learners and motivate students academically.
- Participate in academic planning, meetings, and result analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Prior teaching experience for Grade 11 & 12 preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in Higher Secondary Mathematics.
- Experience in JEE coaching is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
