Key Responsibilities
- Lead, control, and manage all landscaping workers at site and take full responsibility for project execution.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower efficiently, and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and complete pre-visit checklists before starting any work.
- Oversee complete plantation activities including trees, palms, shrubs, ground cover, lawns, kitchen gardens, and vertical gardens with high quality standards.
- Train and guide workers on correct planting methods, spacing, soil preparation, irrigation, and fertilization techniques.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and accountability of all tools and equipment.
- Monitor plant health regularly and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Enforce strict discipline, attendance control, and productivity standards among site workers.
- Act as the main point of contact at site for management and clients, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Horticulture, related field.
- 2+ years of experience in landscaping or horticulture supervision.
- Strong knowledge of plants, fertilizers, irrigation systems, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to handle team members and manage site operations independently.
- Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi required; basic English preferred).
- Must be willing to travel to different project sites
