Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Sales Support & Operations Executive to streamline sales processes, support the sales team, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will handle sales administration, reporting, CRM management, order processing, and operational support to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative activities
- Manage CRM data, customer records, and sales pipelines
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS
- Monitor sales targets, revenue tracking, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Assist in sales forecasting and inventory coordination
- Maintain operational workflows and process improvements
- Support lead management and sales campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
