Worked on Ticketing tool, should have knowledge of all Severity levels.
Forwarding ticket as per severity levels (P1, P2 or Sev1 , Sev2) to the correct Action owners.
Follow up on the tickets with respective team till the tickets are closed
Update the status of the ticket to stakeholders on the closure of the tickets
End to End troubleshooting of affected system using RDP or other remote software's
EDR - Crowdstrike/Forcepoint knowledge preferable
Endpoint patching - TrendMicro
Reporting - download reports and preparation -
Communication skills, good coordination skills with different teams in the organization
