We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Human Resources to lead key HR functions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple departments.
- Drive employee onboarding, induction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to address workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Lead employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 7–8 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
