Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and/or inbound calls, engaging with customers, and providing accurate information about products or services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities where applicable
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required]
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (not mandatory)
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
