Role Summary
We are seeking a young (25-35 years), high-energy Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of Recycled Plastic Granules. This is a field-intensive role requiring Pan-India travel and a strong background in B2C/B2B sales within the plastic recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for the recycled plastic granules market.
- Identify and build deep relationships with industrial buyers, converters, and manufacturing units.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive lead generation and market research.
- Monitor market pricing trends and competitor activities to maintain business growth.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end client retention and account management.
Requirements
- Mandatory knowledge of plastic recycling materials (PP, PE, HDPE,LD,LDPE, Polycarbonate etc.) and granules. Please avoide masterbatches, virgin plastics
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales.
- Excellent negotiation and professional communication skills.
- High energy levels and a willingness to travel Pan-India extensively.
- Age group between 25 - 35 years.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
