Role Purpose
To manage front office reception, client interactions, and administrative support while ensuring efficient office operations, compliance documentation, and coordination between internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Client Interaction
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and maintain daily call log, emails, and direct queries to respective departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Support walk-in clients with basic policy/service-related queries.
2. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Handle inward/outward mails, courier services, and registers.
- Support event logistics, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure upkeep of reception and office premises.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining IRDAI compliance registers and audit records.
- Maintain proper filing of agreements, client documents, and policy records.
4. Financial & Operational Support
- Manage petty cash, coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing basic MIS/admin expense reports.
- Track office expense records to ensure cost-efficiency.
5. HR & Employee Support
- Assist in on boarding new employees (ID cards, desk setup, induction support).
- Maintain employee documentation in coordination with HR.
- Support employee engagement activities/events.
- Managing House Keeping Staff.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional etiquette and client-facing demeanour.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of insurance broking operations (preferred).
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration/front office role (preferably BFSI/Insurance).
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
