Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Manager to lead and manage our India Sales Team for the Quartz and Stone Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, developing distribution networks, and ensuring achievement of business targets across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the India Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Expand dealer, distributor, architect, builder, and project networks across India.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth business operations.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Stone, Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, or Building Materials Industry.
- Proven track record in team handling and business development.
- Strong network within the stone and building material industry.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong understanding of dealer/distributor management and project sales.

Preferred Location
Candidate should preferably be based in Rajasthan or willing to relocate within Rajasthan.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
