> Role Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive who can drive on-ground sales, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth.
This role is target-driven and field-intensive—you will directly engage with school decision-makers and close deals.
> Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Sales (Primary Focus)
- Visit schools, colleges, and institutions to pitch Vigor solutions
- Meet Principals, Directors, and Management for partnerships
- Present and explain:
- School digitalization solutions
- Student programs
- Training and technology offerings
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Identify and approach potential schools and institutions daily
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networks
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Ownership
- Convert meetings into paid deals
- Handle negotiations and basic deal structuring
- Work towards monthly revenue targets
4. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and visits
- Build long-term relationships with school stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal team for onboarding
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily activity reports (visits, leads, closures)
- Update CRM / lead tracker regularly
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
>Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / education sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel within the city
- Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
> Preferred Profile
- Experience in EdTech / school sales / institutional sales
- An existing network in schools is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
> Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
- Attractive Incentives: Based on revenue closures
