We are looking for a Experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive to manage tender processes, coordinate sales activities, and handle client communications efficiently.
Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Location: In Person
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tendering through GeM Portal, Aeriba, and other E-Procurement portals.
- Prepare and submit Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Work Orders.
- Manage and update records through ERP software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and documentation.
- Regular follow-up with the Sales Team and client follow-up for order closures.
- Handle professional email communication and maintain documentation.
- NO Training will be provided.
- Freshers should NOT apply.
Requirements
- Min 2–8 years of experience in Customer Sales Bidding and quotations, Tender Handling and Sales Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, Ariba, IREPS, SAP, Individual Government Portals and Tender Bids and E-Procurement platforms.
- Experience in Quotations, PI, Work Orders, and ERP.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
