Overview:
Titan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager RPA to join our growing team. As a Project Manager RPA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects within our Systems department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of RPA solutions that drive efficiency and productivity for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize RPA opportunities and define project scope and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are able to effectively utilize RPA tools and processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve RPA processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of RPA or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering RPA projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks in a timely manner
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
Additional Parameters:
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Work Experience
The right person:

BE / B Tech with IT/Computer Science as specialization

Minimum 5 years working experience in implementing Digital projects

Min 3 years of Working experience in RPA technology is mandatory

Minimum 5 projects delivered using any of the AI technology.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB, .NET, Windows, IE, SQL Server and Web services).

Can easily adopt changes in profiles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, depends on company needs.

Process reengineering skills.

Sound knowledge of methodologies such as SDLC & STLC.

Expertise on the PDD & TDD creation in Automation Space.

Domain knowledge in SCM, Merchandising, Finance, Retail, Service etc.
