Key Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees which include creating job posting, review resumes, conduct interviews and assist in making offers.
2) Must be proficient in recruitment techniques like head hunting, calling networking sites, referrals and internet base recruiting tools.
3) Must have a good rate/salary negotiation and closing skill.
4) Responsible for onboarding and joining formalities.
5) Maintaining employees' files.
