Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to work directly with the Founder’s Office at Vryfide. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement, employer coordination, HR operations, and startup business functions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Career Development.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Candidate Onboarding & Engagement
- Assist candidates during the onboarding process.
- Explain Vryfide platform features and career services.
- Ensure smooth documentation and profile completion.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Founder’s Office Support
- Assist in strategic HR and recruitment projects.
- Support business development and hiring initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment analytics.
- Coordinate with internal teams on special projects.
Employer & Client Coordination
- Support employer onboarding activities.
- Assist in managing hiring requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with hiring partners.
- Follow up on recruitment progress and candidate status.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee and candidate databases.
- Assist with HR documentation and records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Help organize training sessions and internal meetings.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
