What you'll do:
- Create engaging content for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing.
- Assist in property sales and client interactions.
- Conduct site visits and present projects to potential buyers.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Confidence in sales and client handling.
- Creative mindset with basic photography/video content skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
Experience in real estate, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
