Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in the Footwear, Apparel, or Retail Industry is mandatory
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Net Take-Home)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth store operations
