Krimaa Beauty is looking for a Community & Customer Experience Associate to help build meaningful relationships with our customers and community.
This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting customers with shade matching, managing community interactions, and ensuring every customer feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey with Krimaa Beauty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Manage customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
- Resolve order, shipping, return, and product-related questions.
- Ensure timely and professional responses across all communication channels.
Shade Matching Assistance
- Assist customers in finding their best shade match.
- Guide customers through shade finder tools and recommendations.
- Provide personalized product recommendations when appropriate.
Community Engagement
- Engage with customers across social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community conversations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and brand supporters.
Reviews & Feedback
- Collect customer reviews and testimonials.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring concerns.
- Share customer insights with the broader team.
Customer Experience
- Help create a seamless and positive customer journey.
- Support community initiatives, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong empathy and customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable communicating through Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, and community building.
- Previous customer service or community management experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
