Job Summary:
The Counselor is responsible for counseling prospective clients regarding hair and skin treatments, understanding their concerns, recommending suitable treatment plans as advised by the doctor, and converting consultations into successful treatment enrollments. The role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and counsel walk-in and appointment-based clients.
Understand clients' hair and skin concerns and coordinate with the consulting doctor.
Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, packages, pricing, and payment options.
Convert consultations into treatment enrollments by providing appropriate guidance.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
