Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities and suitable education pathways.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations including UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Sweden,Latvia and other popular study destinations.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Handle enquiries, generate interest, and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Guide students through the initial stages of the admission and application process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent counselling experience.
- Work closely with the admissions and processing teams to ensure smooth student support.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and counselling activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team business goals.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- A confident, energetic, and student-focused personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in Study Abroad Counselling, Overseas Education, Education Consultancy, or Sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for counselling are also encouraged to apply.
