What You Will Own
You will own key commercial and finance operations by ensuring seamless execution of Order-to-Cash processes, accounting activities, compliance checks, and month-end closures. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process efficiency, monitor business performance, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. The role also involves contributing to finance-driven projects, supporting process improvements, and ensuring audit readiness while adapting to evolving business and commercial requirements
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other business analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally products preferred.
- Strong communication skills with multilingual proficiency preferred in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
The Scope of Your Influence
- Support the commercial team in day-to-day operations and finance-related projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash processes, receipt accounting, expense accounting, and export sales transactions.
- Maintain basic knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, TDS, and banking-related compliance activities.
- Perform post-facto checks on transactions and documentation for audit readiness, reporting, and rectifications.
- Prepare timely reports on deviations, outliers, and actionable insights for managers and stakeholders.
- Participate in business validations, performance analysis, and regular monitoring of party ledgers and KPIs.
- Understand partner commercial structures and related operational processes for seamless execution.
- Contribute to finance-related projects involving new products, policies, and process improvements.
- Support process optimization and system enhancement initiatives by understanding current business workflows.
- Adapt effectively to evolving commercial processes and business requirements.
- Execute month-end closure activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze account balance movements and escalate discrepancies when required.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities and deliver beyond assigned scope when needed.
