We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Product Consultant & Sales Coordinator to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals across Pune. The ideal candidate will engage with Dental Surgeons, Medical Specialists, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical & Dental Colleges, Department Heads (HODs), Faculty Members, and Postgraduate Students to promote innovative clinical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to Dental Clinics, Medical Clinics, Hospitals, Healthcare Institutions, and Educational Colleges across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Surgeons, Consultants, HODs, Faculty Members, and PG Students.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic networking and customer engagement.
Product Consultation & Sales
- Convert walk-in visits and initial interactions into scheduled appointments for product presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations, discussions, trials, and feedback sessions (approximately 45 minutes per session).
- Explain product features, benefits, clinical applications, and value propositions to healthcare professionals.
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures effectively.
Clinical & Marketing Activities
- Participate in workshops, conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, trade shows, and professional events.
- Coordinate temporary WhatsApp groups and digital communication channels for product updates, educational content, and customer engagement.
- Collect and document clinical feedback, testimonials, and user experiences to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Sales Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate order processing and timely payment collections through cheque, online transfer, and other approved payment modes.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly online reports through the company's CRM or reporting system.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory-based responsibilities.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Dental Products, Healthcare Sales, or Clinical Equipment Sales will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
