Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B – Nursery Business)

Job Overview:
Paudhaawala is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to expand our B2B business in the nursery and plant supply sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating bulk orders from nurseries, distributors, landscapers, and institutional buyers, while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients such as nurseries, plant retailers, landscapers, and agriculture businesses
- Generate bulk orders and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct field visits to nurseries and business partners
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in nursery, agriculture, or horticulture industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Basic knowledge of plants, nursery products, or agri-business is a plus
