GLOBAL ESTATES is a growing real estate consultancy specializing in premium farmhouses, luxury plots, residential properties, and investment opportunities across Delhi NCR. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospective leads.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
