Position: Barista / All-Round Retail Store Staff

Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile team members to join our upcoming book, stationery, and coffee shop. This is a dynamic role that blends hospitality and retail, perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, crafting great coffee, and managing sales in a creative, youth-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coffee & Beverages
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks (cappuccino, latte, cortado, black coffee, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
- Retail & Sales
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
- Manage stock display along with other members of the team
- Customer Experience
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all visitors
- Ensure the store is welcoming, tidy, and creatively arranged
- Support events, promotions, and interactive store activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or café/barista roles preferred (freshers with passion for books/coffee welcome)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask across café and retail operations
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
