About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise BI platforms. The role involves platform administration, user management, security governance, performance tuning, upgrades, and operational support to ensure high availability and reliability of BI services.

What You'll Do:
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Tableau Server in enterprise environments.
Manage users, groups, roles, projects, and content permissions.
Monitor Tableau Server health, performance, background jobs, and extract refreshes.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Configure and manage data sources, extracts, schedules, and subscriptions.
Set up High Availability (HA), backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
Apply Tableau security best practices including row?level security and authentication (AD/SSO).
Support development teams with Tableau best practices and governance standards.
Troubleshoot server issues and coordinate with Tableau Support when required.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Tableau Administrator with around 7-12 years of experience
- Manage users, groups, roles, projects, and content permissions.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Tableau Server in enterprise environments.
- Monitor Tableau Server health, performance, background jobs, and extract refreshes.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
