We are looking for a Specialist - Supply Chain (Manufacturing), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As a Specialist within the Supply Chain (Manufacturing) team, you will be responsible for performing all critical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

Manage and improve the end-to-end supply chain for CNC machined aerospace metallic components

Execute procurement, supplier performance, inventory control, and logistics

Improve compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain

Deliver cost savings and reduce supply risk

Ensure material availability to meet CNC production schedules
-
Support ethical purchasing and adherence to aerospace/quality standards

Support strategic sourcing, supplier development, and supply continuity

Experience supporting supply chain strategy for CNC machined aerospace metallic parts

Help build and execute supply chain plans for CNC machined aerospace metallic parts
-
Procure aerospace grade metals, tooling, and consumables
-
Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR/export control basics
-
Support supplier risk mitigation and remove production bottlenecks
-
Manage suppliers for aerospace metals and CNC machining services
-
Maintain strong supplier relationships (metals/CNC services)
-
Negotiate on quality, delivery, and cost
-
Support supplier audits and corrective actions (CAPA)
-
Contribute to supplier development and long-term partnerships
-
Manage inventory and logistics for aerospace manufacturing
-
Maintain inventory levels to prevent CNC downtime
-
Coordinate inbound and outbound transport (RM and finished parts)

Use MRP and demand forecasting to plan supply

Apply lean warehousing and 5S practices
-
Align supply chain activities with CNC machining schedules

Coordinate with machinists and production/engineering teams

Ensure timely availability of raw material, tooling, and fixtures

Understand pre, in process, and post machining supply requirements
-
Support DFM reviews and cost estimates for new programs

Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams

Align supply execution with business priorities

Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting
-
Support cross functional sourcing and category initiatives
-
Track KPIs and report supply chain performance
-
Use data/analytics to monitor KPIs and trends
-
Drive data-based actions for inventory health and supplier performance

Share dashboards/metrics and recommend improvements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or related
-
Minimum 4+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing supply chain, with exposure to CNC machining operations
-
ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)

MRP and demand forecasting tools

Understanding of CNC machining stages (pre/in/post process)

Basic import/export compliance knowledge
