We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR operations and contribute to building a structured, employee-friendly and high-performance workplace culture.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing key HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, statutory compliance support, employee relations and HR MIS.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG/start-up environment and should have a hands-on approach towards HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, operations, warehouse, manufacturing and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements from respective department heads and coordinate hiring accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer roll-out, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain employee master data, personal files and HR documentation.
- Track probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, F&F and relieving documentation.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records through HRMS/attendance systems.
- Coordinate attendance regularization and resolve employee attendance-related queries.
- Maintain monthly attendance and leave reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance, late coming, absenteeism and leave issues.
4. Payroll Coordination
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs including:

- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants/vendors wherever required.
- Maintain statutory HR records and documentation.

- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations and team-building initiatives.
- Support employee feedback and retention initiatives.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
7. Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate employee confirmation and performance review processes.
- Support appraisal and performance management activities.
- Maintain KRA/KPI and performance-related records.
- Coordinate induction and training programs.
- Track training participation and employee development initiatives.
8. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering:
- Headcount
- Recruitment status
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- Joining & Exit
- Employee movement
- Recruitment TAT
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to management as required.
9. HR Policies & Process
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs and processes across the organization.
- Ensure employees are aware of company policies and procedures.
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and suggest improvements.
- Maintain HR documentation and records in an organized and confidential manner.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Retail or Start-up environments will be preferred.
- Experience handling both corporate and operational/field hiring will be an advantage.
