Position: Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will manage office facilities, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, support employees, and assist management with administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Employee Support
- Assist in onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics.
- Support HR and Accounts teams in administrative activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory and office-related records.
- Ensure renewal of licenses, agreements, subscriptions, and service contracts.
Reporting
- Prepare administrative reports and expense summaries.
- Track office expenses and maintain records.
- Provide periodic updates to management regarding administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Vendor and facility management experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹22,086.00 - ₹28,330.58 per month
