Inside Sales Team Lead - Mulund West, Mumbai
A well-established cloud consulting company serving 20,000+ customers across India & USA, is looking for a results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Role details:
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai|
Experience: 3-5 years in Sales, with 1-3 years as a Team Leader
Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA
Employment: Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred
What you'll own:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12-15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and support high-value deal closures
- Conduct sales meetings, role plays, and performance reviews
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching and training
- Ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
What we're looking for:
- Strong B2B sales and inside sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in team handling and performance management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM tools
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
