Job Responsibility
- Monitor individual vehicle turnaround times to ensure quick delivery of commercial fleets.
- Oversee floor in-charges, mechanics, and electricians diagnosing complex engine, BS4/BS6, and electrical faults.
- Track daily job card lifecycles from initial customer entry to final quality inspection.
- Measure floor technician efficiency to maintain maximum workshop output.
- Enforce corporate environmental, health, and workshop safety protocols across all service bays.
- Resolve complex or delayed customer complaints efficiently to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Conduct joint field visits with the sales team to support major fleet operators and State Transport Undertakings
- Execute localized free check-up camps and regional service marketing drives to increase vehicle inflow.
- Drive targets for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Fleet Management Services (FMS), and Extended Warranties (EW).
- Coordinate with the parts in charge to maximize inventory pull-through of genuine Tata parts.
- Manage the bodyshop pipeline by building relationships with insurance surveyors for rapid claim settlements.
- Verify technicians follow correct warranty diagnostic steps to prevent rejected company claims.
- Ensure precise data entry for service records, billing history, and vehicle tracking metrics.
- Keep the workshop prepared for formal performance assessments and grading audits conducted by Tata Motors corporate teams.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
