About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand Farmavita & Lea Levett India’s presence across the North India market. The role involves developing salon partnerships, driving product sales, and building long-term client relationships in the professional beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across North India
- Identify and onboard new salons, distributors, and retail partners
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Travel extensively to meet clients and expand market reach
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support
Requirements
- 3–15 years of experience in sales (beauty/haircare industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Basic understanding of salon/professional beauty industry is a plus
