Location :: Nr Science city, Ahmedabad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Analysis (50%)
- Conduct structured requirement workshops with clients to elicit, document, and validate business needs
- Prepare detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and get formal client sign-off before development begins
- Define clear scope boundaries and maintain a Change Request (CR) log throughout the project
- Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that developers build to
- Facilitate UAT sessions — prepare test scenarios, coordinate with clients, and track sign-off
- Identify and resolve requirement conflicts between business stakeholders and technical teams
B. Project Management (50%)
- Develop and maintain a project plan with milestones, task assignments, and deadlines
- Run structured client status meetings and send weekly written MOM (Minutes of Meeting) reports
- Track and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively — not reactively
- Manage the Change Request process: assess impact on scope, timeline, and cost before approving any CR
- Coordinate across developers, QA, and functional consultants to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain a go-live checklist and lead the deployment readiness review
- Conduct post-go-live review and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requires strong analytical and soft skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to work with Enterprise customers and the internal team.
