Job Opening: Structural Drafting Engineer / Structural Detailer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Drafting Engineer / Structural Detailer to join our team.
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location: Mohali , Sector-82
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings for RCC structures.
- Develop structural drafting and detailing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and update drawings based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Ensure high-quality structural drafting with accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Review and verify drawings before submission to maintain drafting quality and minimize errors.
- Implement and adhere to company drafting standards, quality procedures, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural drafting/detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structures and detailing.
- Hands-on experience in preparing detailed structural drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ability to interpret structural design calculations and engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Experience in 3D modeling and BIM-based structural detailing is desirable.
