Job Description: Devops Day2 Support Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for Openshift Devops Engineer who has strong experience
with Openshift, Kubernetes, Argocd, Bash and with strong expertise
Application Support, and SRE principles. Experience in Jira
Administration is an added asset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Openshift, Kubernetes, Helm
- Manage Openshift (OCP) platforms.
- Perform cluster-wide and namespace Kubernetes development and admin
operations
- Create and manage Helm charts.
2. Tools - Argocd (CICD), Prometheus, Kibana
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Argocd applications
- Understand, define and maintain custom Prometheus alerts
- Define and Troubleshoot applications using Kibana
3. Application Support
- Support and troubleshoot cluster-wide issues
(node-level/namespaces/CRD’s) and applications support teams
ensuring system stability.
- Support RCA, incident and change management processes.
4. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Follow SLIs, SLOs and maintain observability.
- Handon experience to create and manage automation scripts using
Bash.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Kuberenetes experience.
- Hands-on experience on Openshift
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana,
Prometheus, ELK).
- Automation/scripting (Python, Bash).
- Day2 Support Environment Experience.
Added Asset
Ansible knowledge is a plus.

Strong understanding of Calico Networking
